Yes. Just Say It works with voice input on both mobile and desktop. On mobile you can dictate your sentence using your phone's built-in speech-to-text. On desktop you can use any system-level voice input. The feature processes whatever text reaches the command bar, regardless of how you entered it.
The AI matches the name you say or type against your live customer and product database. If the match is confident, it shows the result on the confirmation card. If multiple customers share a similar name, it asks you to choose. If no match is found, it prompts you to add the record. Nothing is saved until you explicitly confirm.
Before anything is saved, Response365 shows a confirmation card with every matched field. If the wrong customer or product is shown, tap Edit to correct it. The system never saves a record without your explicit approval, so there is no risk of silent data errors.
